| The PCOSA Community Forums are provided free of charge to all in need. However, we encourage you to become a member of the PCOSA or make a donation to help offset the costs associated with maintaining and operating our online support services. The PCOSA is a nonprofit organization that depends on the financial support of its members.
To become a member of PCOSA, please go to http://www.pcosupport.org/membership/gen_app.php and complete the membership form. To make a tax-deductible donation of any amount, mail your check to PCOSA, PO Box 3403, Englewood CO 80155. Please retain a copy of your check for tax records. |
