Cleveland Support?

I was wondering if there was a support group in Cleveland? I've had years of frustration and heartache with PCOS, but never realized what it was until I was recently diagnosed. I've been really depressed about living with this dibilitating syndrome and feel like I'm the only one that has this and no one really understands how much this has (always) been impacting my life.

Needless to say it was really wonderful that I found this board, and would really love to find a locally based support group.
