I just thought I'd let you ladies know that I'm about to take a leap and see what happens with my body. I have decided to start taking Beta Sitosterol in place of the Metformin, and Vitex in place of the Yasmin. Wish me luck, and I'll let you know if it works or not.

I already take the Vitex, but what is the Beta sistosterol? I've never heard of it....

Hello you all! Well, I kicked my bcp to the curb and started taking vitex just to see what would happen. And I did get my period. So, I'm happy about that. Now, I just need to see if I even need to take this vitex. So, that's my next step.

The Beta Sitosterol is another natural alternative, a herb supplement. I looked it up on the internet, and its supposed to be mainly good for fighting high cholesterol.

hey. it good to heard that i'm not alone in this. i have vitex on my shelf and took it only once. i'm debating to take it again. i really want a baby, but i'm starting college next month.. so i dunno what i'm doing...
