when will i stop?

when will i stop feeling ashamed to be naked in front of my husband, feeling guilty, feeling like a disappointment, like i'm no good to anyone??? will this eventually go away. i only found out yesterday but i can't help but blame myself.

I wish I knew what to tell you but there are no answers that can take your pain away. It took a while for me to realize that it wasn't my fault. I wish I knew what to say but please know that I am thinking of you.

wannababy - I wish I could offer you some magical words of wisdom that would make you feel better, but I know that only time can do that. Take the time you need to heal, lean on dh and know that we are thinking of you and that you can come here to vent anytime (((HUGS)))

I am very sorry for your loss. I absolutely understand the pain that you are going through. After my miscarriage , I had been feeling the same thing and felt that I am not doing my duty as a women and have felt bad about it many times. Hope you feel better as the days go by .
