Eating Problems!

It seems that since I have been diagnosed with the POS, I have had a change in my ability to eat. The doctor started me on Provera to start AF, then he had me start Yasmin to regulate it. Well, that was about two weeks ago. Now, EVERY single time that I eat, I get nauseaus and then a BAD headache. Anyway else experience this stuff? Is it normal? HELP!

hey there...
yeah i know how you feel. I get headaches and dizzy after I eat sometimes too. It's usually when I eat "bad" food for me..like carbs and sugary foods. there is a post in the general discussion called "headaches after you eat?" by missyocean and there is some wonderful information that has been posted about why this happens. so I would recommend you read that one, it has helped me out incredibly!
