trouble adjusting

I can't get used to the idea of having PCOS.........I started to go into denial and now I just feel like I'm such a freak and I'm angry because it hurts my mom so much to see me go through this.........I don't know what to do anymore. :cry:

You take a deep breath, take a good look in the mirror, and say "this is who I am." you have to accept you for you! You're amazing and beautiful!

Try and talk it out with your mum. My Mum's urts seeing me go though this, too, but we've talked about it, and she knows that I can't see the hurt, or else I'll freak. Let her know how you feel about seeing her hurt.

It's not an idea of having PCOS, it's a reality. I know that sounds harsh, but it's true. It gets easier with time. Don't worry,you've got our support.
