Any Vitamin Contraindications with Met?

I am going to start Met on Tuesday and while I know that the other prescribed medicine I take is fine with met, I forgot to ask about vitamins.

Do you know if there are any conflictions with met… And do you know of any vitamins that are particularly good for POS.

For your first question, as far as I know there isn't but you can ask the pharmasist.
The second vitamins B and E are suppose to be good. Some women take folic acid, prenatel vitamin, and iron.

Met tends to deplete the B-family of vitamins, but with a healthy diet, you should be okay. It also will deplete potassium stores, making you more prone to leg cramps and side stitches--again, eating things that are high in potassium (broc, oranges, etc.) will replace what you lose.

Tweety's right; if you're going to TTC, you need to supplement with folic acid. I forget the right quantities, but I'm pretty sure I took 800mg with my last pgy.
