If it were not for those pesky chin hairs that I shave every morning you would never know that I have PCOS. Any ideas on how to rid myself of this?

Hi Shelia,

Try this web-site for those unwanted hairs. http://www.vaniqa.com/
I hear that it works very well but cannot say for sure as I have not used it. Good luck.

I have the same problem, i don't know how many chin hairs you have, but i am lucky enough that mine are few and i can just pluck them. But i do have lots of hair growth on my upper lip, and i tend to lightly run a razor over it every morning. Also, last visit at my gyno she told me to let her know if it started getting worse and she would go over options with me. try asking your gyno, too.

I am currently having laser hair removal done (with the Yag Gentle Laser) and it is Not Working. I have really light colored hair, and the technician says that it mainly works best on really dark hair. I'm about to try Vaniqa myself, though. In a few weeks, I'm trying this concentrated light therapy.
But, I have pretty much an actual beard going on, so it's a big issue for me.
I'll let you know if any of these work particularly well.

I have unwanted facial hair all over my face --- it's bad. But I don't want to just get rid of that. I want to get rid of the mood swings, the 6 month long periods, the depression, the fear of not having children, and the fear of becoming a diabetic.

But I guess if I don't have to worry about facial hair thats one less thing.

I tired laser treatment it doesn't work.
