Progesterone Therapy

HI all. I have been having a lot of trouble lately with BC and hormonal fluctuations. I have heard some people have great luck with progesterone therapy, and I know to make sure it's not from yam or plant estrogen, but I want some more info. I wantto discuss it with my endo, and I am looking to be armed with some sort of knowledge. Can anyone help me?

Hey Jenni I take progesterone but only for late periods ....... it was prescribed same time i was diagnosed if that helps any
