How long did it take for AF to start after m/c?

So it's been 8 wks, 2 days since my 2nd D&C and no AF. How long did it take you guys to start? Anyone have to wait this long? I'm starting to think I need to take prometrium to get the process started. I really wanted to wait for my body to do it on its own, but it's starting to look doubtful.

Mine came after 6 weeks, but I miscarried naturally. It may be longer with a D&C.

I had a D&C on January 8th and AF didn't show up until February 28th. My doctor said it should show up between 4-10 weeks once your hcg count goes down to zero. It took 2 weeks for my hcg to zero out.

6 weeks but i had a natural MC

I had a d&c on 5th feb and got af 20th march. Doc said 4-6 weeks. Maybe you should call and ask for some prometrium? Unless your patient enough to wait? Take care!
