I have no idea what my body is doing. Ava is eating lots of solids now and it's been enough to kick my hormones all out of whack. This weekend I THINK my period started for the first time since, well, late 2005. But it was just a tiny bit of spotting. Looked like new blood, but just a TINY bit. All the symptoms, though, chocolate cravings, mood, reduced milk flow, and a nursing strike to boot (which seems to be somewhat better since last night). I feel so out of wack! Is this really a period or just some strange PCOS spotting? Does it matter? (BTW, I know for a fact that it is not implantation bleeding).

LMAO! Youre funny.
IN Decemeber I had spotting...it would come and go. I didnt really look at it like a perod....then January..it started off like that..just once in a while for two days then the mother load of a perid came after that.
Other than that..Im not sure.

Yeah, just don't feel like dealing if someone suggests that's what it is! :x
Thanks for your post, maybe this is some weird kind of "start-up" period.

Sherri- Were your periods normal before pregnancy? I have had many cases where I was sure I was starting my period, but it'd only last like half a day and then go away. So I guess I have had psuedo-periods too. I don't know what the heck they are though. They've all been fairly normal since Jack. Could it have been ovulation? I know some women spot when that occurs.

No, they've never been normal. 3-4 a year, maybe. With Met, maybe 6 times a year, but sometimes just old blood (not ovulatory). So, hmm, I have no idea....
