Some good news

PCOS has been the root of many a bad day..and continues to be..but last year I met a woman that I feel very comfortable with. She is the only one I have ever come clean with about all the trials and embarrassments I've experienced with PCOS. And she is still around. Actually we are moving in together this month and we are both very excited. I bought a book on PCOS hoping to find out something I didn't know (unsuccessful) but I thought I would give her the book to maybe better understand. I thought she would skim through it, but by that night she had highlighted and jotted down some questions. I was overwhelmed with the concern and passion she showed. She is very much a woman of action.
I feel very blessed to have met her. I hope this may give someone a glint of encouragement that there is someone out there just for you!

:) This relationship was very unexpected..I was very nervous about my issues, because I had been rejected because of some of my side effects. I definitely feel like I have a real chance at honest empathy and support...and love..she is now my best friend and biggest fan!

Im so happy for you, if we were in the same place I'd give you a hug! :D Everyone deserves that and its your turn now. I think its great that we have our community family but its even better when there are people right there waiting with a hug and a smile at home..
