I've tried a bunch of remedies kind of haphazardly, and I'm wondering if they would be more effective if I took some at certain times during my cycle (or more at certain times). Here are a few of the home remedies and supplements I've tried.
Spearmint tea
Raspberry leaf tea
Cinnamon
flaxseed meal (in cereals)
Evening primrose oil (1000mg)
prenatal vitamins (I'm not pregnant, but they've got just about the dosages I'm looking for and are cheaper than the special vegetarian ones. If anyone recommends a financially feasible brand of multi, I'm open to a change)
If there are any other home/herbal remedies that are more effective at certain times in a cycle, let me know.
