I think when I was 21 a doctor told me I might have PCOS. I have been struggling with my weight since I was 18. It has been a real difficult time trying to find the physician to treat me.
I know how important exercise and eat well is to fighting PCOS but yet I struggle and feel frustrated. I like exercise alright. I find it difficult to maintain a regular routine. Does anyone else find this difficult?
As far as dieting goes, I've read about different methods. I just don't know where to begin. I feel ashamed of myself for gaining weight and it leads to me wanting to eat more.
I feel stupid and angry at myself for gaining the weight...I need a lifestyle change that will work for me. Is anybody else experiencing this? How do you find peace?
