prometrium 200MG

Hey all, I just found out about being pg. I just took a blood test yesterday, and it came back at 800. My first one was at 197. My doc wants me to start on Prometrium twice a day.

My problem is what is on the back of the bottle. It stated "do not use this medicine if you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant."

What does this mean?

I am brand new to this, just diagnosed but was put on the Prometrium as well. I thought it was to make you bring on your cycle. I think we need this so we can get our bodies ready to get pregnant. I know I am trying to get pregnant as well, well have been trying for a year before being diagnosed and now I am all confused. The only thing that I can say as of now is that this Prometrium makes me sick! My stomach does not like it very much but I hope that it changes as I get used to it.

I know this probably isn't any help but I think I am looking for answers too!
