Hello Ladies,

This is my first time using herbal rememdies...I tried met but there where times it just did not agree with me...it really at times made me very sick...so I was thinking about taking Cin...

I wanted to try 2000mg of cin, vitex, fish oil, baby asprin and a prenatal multi vit.

Is there any that should be taken with eachother?

Any input would be great!

Thank you so much! :p

It doesn't look like you're taking anything that will react poorly together. I split mine up between breakfast and lunch at work (dinner for most people) if I'm taking 2 pills like I do for the cinnamon, fish oil, and prenatal. I take mine soon after eating. I wait maybe an hour so it doesn't get mixed in with all the food right away. Taking the vitamins on an empty stomach could give you nausea. Inostiol is supposed to help with IR too, so you could try adding that if you don't think the cinnamon is enough.

I take Inositol like Bubble Kat Mentioned, I don't take Cinnamon though.

You can see all of the supplements I take in my signature. So far, nothing seems to conflict with eachother and I'm still waiting to see if/when I ovulate this month. Once the cycle is over, I'll have better input, I guess. Good luck! :)

LoL i have thought of another question!

My breasts have been sore for now almost three weeks...since vitex helps regulate hormones will this also help with my breast pain...It's crazy to have them be sore for that long...ugh hahah it messes up my whole workout routine!!! lol :p

Hmmm...I'm not sure if Vitex will help w/ the breast pain. I generally only get breast pain after I ovulate due to the increase in progesterone. You could try it and see though! I know what you mean about it messing up your workout routine...it hurts! :(

I am not sure if the vitex will help. But I swear by the Inositol. My mood is better and I am having periods and ovulating. Of course it is not the only thing I am taking but that was the only thing I took out and my cycle went super long. Only time will tell what will help with your particular cycle!
