Hey everyone I'm a newbie from the Sunshine Coast... Just recently been diagnosed looking for a good forum to get some advice from fellow Aussies. The only Aussie forum I could find was one that the you had to pay for to be a member :o/
So here is a little of my story i am hugely overweight and have been seeing trainer for over 6 months and I have PUT ON about 10 kilos..... So we thought it best to get some medical test done turns I have PCOS... BAH! Doctor said I don't even have to to eat and i can put on weight.. :o( . So I have started Metformin, And with the help of my trainer we are gonna sort this s**t out!!..
