what should i be eating and drinking to produce more milk? i can only get about 30ml from each breast and im getting frustrated and worried that shes not getting enough and i really dont want to have to supplement her. help........ i feel like a failure!

Monica- First, try to relax! I know it's hard... I had a really hard time getting DD nursing at first. Drink lots of water and eat foods high in protein. Is she latching on some too? Keep in mind that your body knows the difference between a pump and a baby, so she is probably getting more at a time than you can pump. Do you have access to a lactation consultant?
