I hear lots of talk about diarrhea and such, but my problem seems to be acid reflux. The problem is the same whether I'm taking 500 or 1000 mg.
I was actually fine for a few weeks taking met then all of a sudden I got really sick. It felt like a stomach flu. After that the acid reflux was horrible. I would have a really painful time swallowing sometimes. I went off Met for about a month to feel better again. I recently started it again and feel the acid reflux all over again.
I don't eat many carbs and I eat small meals 4-6 times a day.
Has anyone had similar experiences? Any suggestions?
