What is your Metformin dose

Just wondering how many different metformin doses there are out there and what seems to work the best?

Mine is none of the above, I am supposed to be taking 1700mg.

Mine is 1500 mg. I started taking that from day one. My Dr. didn't have me start lower then increase as I have read on so many other posts.

I also take 1500mg per day. Each tablet is 750mg.

I am just starting my second week of met so I will be on 1000 for the next 7 days then my final dose will be 1500/day
