Hello all,
My GYN recently told me that I have PCOS. However, I'm not quite sure he's correct. While I have extremely painful cramps and acne, I don't really exhibit the other symptoms of PCOS. I believe my testosterone levels were high and that is how he made his diagnosis. I began taking Yasmin a month ago but already feel the side effects...mostly getting the blues. Anyway, I know something is wrong with my reproductive system, but I want to be positive it's PCOS before determining the best course of treatment. Does anyone know of a good female doctor in the New York City area that specializes in PCOS or endometriosis?
