I've just been diagnosed with PCOS but I've been on progesterone cream since May 06 because my Gyn finally realized my migraines were hormone related and sent me for hormone testing. The results were that I'm out of range on everything, estradiol and testosterone too high, progesterone too low, DHEAS and cortisol too high. I was told to start the cream on days 15-25 and then adjust the days till I got my migraines under control. Stretching later to day 28 didn't seem to help, so I've gone earlier. Starting on day 12 didn't stop the migraines at the beginning of AF, so this month I've started on day 5 and so far I haven't gotten the migraines that would have been on days 7and on, though I sure have felt strange. Am I doing this right? Anyone else out there using this cream?
