All sorts of confusion!

ok.. so i have pcos! duh.. lol
I was recently trying to get pregnant and its been over a year..
My boyfriend at the time is now going to marry me <3 however I want to be able to fit into my wedding dress so ive been hesitant on getting pg.
I obviously havent been on any bc and the past 3 months ive had a regular period... thank god but ive been having SERIOUS hot flashes to the point where im gonna pass out.. I made an appt and the nurse or whoever said that I was ovulating.. dont know how she could tell that, but by the way im feeling im not gonna argue. i also have only had one ultrasound looking at my ovaries but i have a physiological cyst as well. My sides have been hurting and i told em i wanted an ultrasound and when i got there they didnt do one. I feel very uneasy about what is going on inside! Also they told me to go onto a bc pill and they prescribed me the generic form of yaz. didnt end up getting that but i havent started it.. they told me that i would be able to start fertility treatment right after i stopped taking it, but i know i would have to wait another year. :'(

IM SO CONFUSED! I have no idea where to start and this is just a very very small part of my problems! Im going crazy someone plz talk to me! :'( im very upset right now!

i don't know if i quite understand the situation...you want to get pregant but not before your wedding? i do agree with you as far as the b/c...it does have to work it's way out of your system so it's not good to take if you want to get pregnant sooner rather than later.
as far as the pain and such...if you were on b/c before, the hot flashes and pain could be your body regulating itself and clearing it out of your system. i had wicked hot flashes for about a year after stopping b/c.

Yes that does help.. ive been off birth control for over a year since ive been ttc... but the hot flashes are just now starting.. but that could explain it.. sorry about the confusion. I DO want to get pg. since im getting married i wanna fit into my dress, so we arent trying to get pg until the wedding! however i dont wanna go on pills cuz i know it takes time to get out of my system and then i have to start this whole process over.. i dont know if that makes sense.. lol..


plus i have TONS of other female issues i dont even know where to begin! I have concerns as far as my ovaries go and i ccant seem to get a doc/nurse prac. to get the picture!!! im just frustrated lol..
