Hello ! I am from Stillwater Oklahoma and recently became diagnosed with pcos and currently seeking to find a specialist in my area or someone close to stillwater that I can go see and get more information about this. I am 23 yrs and would like to have children . But my doctor says I can not until I get this under control. I have gained weight drastically and very depressed about this. Please if anyone has any suggestions or know of any dr. please let me know. Thanks

I know a great doctor in Tulsa (I know it's not exactly very close to Stillwater, but it may be worth the drive). His name is J. Clark Bundren and he is an ob/gyn, fertility specialist, and reproductive endocrinologist. I started seeing him last year for fertility purposes. I was diagnosed with pcos and he started me on metformin. I had a good experience. Hope that helps.
