Hi i was directed to the uk verity site from a fellow cyster on here and i discovered that alot of people in the uk take Agnus Castus to regulate their periods!!!! So yep u guessed it i am now taking it too!!! Has anybody had any sucess with it?
It does smell and taste horrible tho!!!!
