Clomid and Femara didn't work for me... so we are moving on to some type of injectibles. I have an appt on Jan. 4th with the RE and am wondering what questions I should ask him. We will have injectibles class later in the month too.
How long is the normal cycle length for these? If I induced AF with provera, when do you actually start the meds?

I only needed one round of gonal-f to get my BFP, after having no luck Oing on clomid. I started on the lowest dose and didn't even need it adjusted, I actually got to trigger on CD12, so my cycle length was shorter than usual. I know I was lucky, but I heard before I started that once they get the dosage right, you will ovulate (not always the case with clomid). Good luck, I hope you get your bfp soon!

try searching for the "gonal f" posts. I did gonal f and it's pretty much done like the clomid on cd3 when i started it, till i think cd10 responded well but did not get my bfp. will start again next year. Gonal f does not have all the s/e of clomid but just a lot more monitoring as the dr is able to adjust the dose based on individual response. Initially freaked out about have to stick myself with a needle but after doing it it became easier and less traumatic.
