Is it alright to take allergy meds. when taking met.? Or does it cancel it out? Allergy season here in Oklahoma is crazy this year :(, i've had congestion, sneezing, sinus headaches, watery eyes, since about spring. Its on and off, but its been crazy like that. Any suggestions would be great, herbs, or any other household remedies would be great, or over the counter meds. :)
