I live in Greenville and pretty sure I have PCOS (as my sister has been diagnosed) and I have my period about once every 3 years or so since 18 and am 28 now. Also have the skin folical thing and chubbyness around abnomin and have no matter how much I used to exercise eventually gave up on that. I would love to have a child one day but have been told that I have gone through menopause since I don't menstrate. I would really appreciate help and if I have to travel somewhere am very willing. Any input at all even ways to help on my own would be great. THANKS

I'm looking also. My ob/gyn just quit, and my internist is just not getting it. Let me know if you have any luck, (or bad experiences)

My last visit went better. She started me on meridia to lose weight. I think I'll stay with her a little longer. I would like to talk to some other dr's though. Thanks for the info! Good luck & let me know how you're doing.

Paul Miller is a great doctor. He is a reproductive endocrinologist at the center for women's medicine for the Greenville Hospital system.

Thanks for the tip. However, reproductive endocrinologists won't see me because I'm not trying to conceive. I will pass his name on to anyone who asks though.
