Not Getting Confirmation E-mails

There are several reasons that you nmay not receive your confirmation email. Several cuases are free email account providers and AOL. Many of account providers block our emails. The second possible reason is SPAM filter or blocker. In this case, you need to add pcosupport.org or forums@pcosupport.org as a tursted/allowed sender. If you still have problems, email IT Support at it@pcosupport.org.

For those of you that have already accidentally deleted or lost the confirmation email, you can Click Here (http://www.pcoscommunity.com/register.php?do=requestemail) to request that it be sent to you again! http://l.yimg.com/us.yimg.com/i/mesg/emoticons7/4.gif

I no longer get emails from the threads I follow. Is that the same thing as confirmations emails? So, if I have AOL how can I allow the emails? I have already looked in to my spam settings.

That is actually not the same as confirmation emails. That would under your subscriptions here on the PCOSA Forums. It's possible that you're not set to receive email notifications.

Go to "User CP" and under "Subscribed Threads" you want to click "List Subscriptions". It will tell you in the far right column what you're set up to receive. If it says "none", you'll want to change that to start receiving emails. If you've done this and STILL aren't receiving messages, we'll have to look into it some more. :)
