High testosterone and herbs

Been on Tagamet 2 X day and my test actually went up since last appnt!
anyone know of any herbs that will descrease testosterone?
want to try natual first before I go on something else.
Currently on Actos (couldn't deal with Met side effects)

I have done a small amount of research for supressing testosterone/balancing hormones. One of the methods I have read about is natural progesterone cream. A lot of Dr's don't know about this, and the dosage is unique for every woman. I would recommend going to the following website:

I heard real licorice extract helps but it is very hard to get in the US in high doses. It's widely available in Italy. Some Italian scientists did a study that showed it lowered testosterone.
