Intense Pain??

when i'm on my period, i have cramps and my ovaries hurt so so bad. and no meds help. anybody else with this problem?

Yes. It's not every period, but every few like maybe three to four times a year. I've missed so many days of work since the pain was so terrible I could not even stand. Fetal position on the couch helps, along with a regimen of aleve.
