Enjoy the 2nd tri!

Happy June to everyone! Time really seems to be flying!

This month I have to be without DH because he is in Sicily the whole month =( He is due back July 2nd, right before we have a friend coming to visit us July 3rd. I am considering this month the calm before the storm, as next month we have visitors the beginning and end of the month, friends moving into town, and a baby shower (which my husband and friend moving into town are throwing and since they will be super busy I have a feeling I will be doing a lot for it myself). Plus we still have to decorate the baby's room, I finally picked out a color, but with my husband so busy it may be August before he gets around to painting it. I guess I will just have to spend this month picking out the other decorations.

Otherwise things are going well, cept I have already gained my 30 lbs. Not sure what I am gonna do now, guess I just don't have good enough control on my hunger. I am hoping I can get away with only another 15 lbs, but I am doubting it. I have a doctor's appointment next week, and my doctor said they are gonna do my GD test. Since one of my big cravings is sugar I guess I wouldn't be surprised if I have it, but I hope I don't.

My little girl seems to be doing okay, I feel her move more and more. Some days she still seems pretty quiet though. Seems to go through spurts, a few days where she is active, then a few she is not. We have picked a name, though we are not gonna say it is official till she is born, in case we change our minds, but for now her name will be Aria Kay.

Hope everyone has a great month! Looking forward to all the births and appointments coming up for everyone!

06-03-2009, 07:07 PM
Sharon- sorry you will be without your dh for the next month, although if he is in Sicily that means you get all kinds of cool stuff when he gets home right?? I like the name you picked out, a friend of mine actually had that exact name picked out for her baby and had her heart set on it, then it turned out to be a boy so she didnt get to use it.

AFM we went to have a 3d ultrasound today, TOTALLY worth it. He definately is a cutie lol. He has dad's nose and my lips. Which I am glad, because I wouldn't wish my italian nose on any child lol. The ultrasound tech also said he has my bone structure so he will have my cheeks lol. So awesome. Well here are some pics

It sure is quite here.

06-09-2009, 07:56 AM

I'm new here....just at 14 weeks. Looks like you guys are much further along! Anyway, it feels really great to post here. I have another u/s today, and hope that the baby has continued to grow from last week!

Take care, Mel

06-09-2009, 01:07 PM
Mel~good luck with the u/s. Cant wait to hear how it went!!

Becca~I am getting 2 4D U/S's this pregnancy, with our first one in 2 1/2 weeks and the second around 34 weeks. These are elective for me and we have to pay, but I LOVE seeing the baby. With DD, I worked in the ER, so my friends in u/s got me a scan any time I wanted one, but this time, I am not working so I have to pay to get more peeks, hope ours is as memorable as yours was!!

I have another appt Thursday, other than that not much going on....but I do LOVE feeling this baby fluttering around!! SOOOOO Reassuring!!

06-09-2009, 05:40 PM
Welcome Mel! I remember you from the IVF boards!!! It is great to see you here!!!! I'm hoping you u/s went well. Keep us posted.

Shanna - Congrats on getting the 4D u/s done soon!!! DH and I really want one, but have to check if it is covered by insurance first. We don't know if we are willing to pay out of pocket for that right now, seeing as we'll need to buy so much stuff for the twins, and we are still paying off some of the costs of the IVF! I'm so jealous you'll be able to get it done twice!!!

As for me.... I went in to my Maternal/Fetal Specialist this morning to have my growth scan (u/s) and both babies are looking great. My baby girl was sucking her thumb the whole time and the boy was bouncing around everywhere!!! She is still breech and he is head down... for now. He weighs about 1lb. 2 oz and she is 15 oz. ... they told me not to worry that they are a little different in weight, that it is common with twins.
Also, thank God, my cervix is still closed and long!!! I'm hoping I can keep these babies in as LONG as possible without complications!!!

I only have two more weeks of school left, and then I can be on vacation for the summer! I'm still wondering if I'll be going back in Sept. as my due date is really 10/10, but that would be with 40 wks. gestation, ... usually twins are born around 36 to 38 wks, right??? So I guess we'll see about that one too!

Hope everyone else is doing well... it is slow around here lately!

06-09-2009, 10:02 PM
I had to pay out of pocket for the ultrasound, it just happened to be at the same place I had the medical ultrasound done and so they gave me a HUGE discount for being a patient already. Normally it would have been 150, we paid 75.

06-10-2009, 08:48 AM
we are paying $199 total for BOTH 25-30 min sessions with 8 printouts per session, and a dvd of the whole session or a cd with 30 still-shots per session. I kinda think it is reasonable!!!

06-10-2009, 04:35 PM
Those prices don't sound that bad!!!! I'm going to have to ask my OB when I'm there on the 17th! I wonder if Jersey is comparable in pricing.... I would LOVE to have those pictures of the babes!!!! :-)

06-10-2009, 05:33 PM
Ours also included a dvd of the entire thing, 8 pictures and a keychain of the best picture of his face. We also got a bag of goodies while we were there for when the little one gets here. Even if we would have had to pay 150 I think it would have been pretty reasonable! Good luck to anyone who wants to do it. The pictures are nice but they don't do it justice. The dvd is so much better because you can see them move.

Jeff finally got to feel the baby move a couple days ago! I was laying down and I told him to watch cause Gordon was going crazy! So he saw him move around then put his hand where all the movement was and got to feel him too!

06-10-2009, 09:32 PM
Becca I love the ultrasound pics! I looked around about getting them done myself but the only places I could find were in Seattle and close to 300 dollars for a session. You guys are lucky to get it done so cheap! Also, someone with the same name really? That is crazy since it is not a common name, I got the first name from a book and the middle name is my grandmother's nickname.

Dietdrpepper- welcome to the 2nd trimester and congrats! I know many of us are getting rdy to move on to the third, me, becca and danyel with our September babies.. But many more will be hitting the second trimester soon.

I am getting ready for my baby shower as well as getting the baby room ready. I find myself coordinating my own shower, but I am not surprised because it is being "thrown" by my husband and a friend who is moving into town, but he is in Italy and she will not be here until a week before the shower. I don't mind though, gives me something to do.

Hope everything is going well for everyone, my doctor's appointment was rescheduled for Friday morning, after which I have to rush all the way down to Seattle to catch a flight to Colorado. Hopefully everything goes well, I was hoping to see my baby again since he has done an ultrasound at every appointment, but I have a feeling he wont this time.

06-10-2009, 10:16 PM
not sure what you mean by someone with the same name... maybe I missed a post

06-11-2009, 10:39 PM
You said a friend had the exact same name picked out, in the post with your baby pics.

06-12-2009, 04:11 AM
lol there is some mommymush brain in action!! Lol yeah my friend ended up naming her son Shawn. She didn't even find out he was a boy till like her 5th month and had already pretty much bought a bunch of girl stuff lol. I am soo out of it lately you will have to excuse me lol. I am sure you know all about what I mean.

06-13-2009, 11:04 AM
Hey ladies! Hope everyone is doing well! Yes, I will finally be headed to the third trimester soon! I am so excited. Baby Ashlyn has been frustrating me lately, because when I am by myself she moves and kicks up a storm, but then when I try to let people feel her, she is shy! lol. Maybe I just rock her to sleep when I move. Things have been so stressfull lately! My husband and I have had a bad string of luck. First we had problems closing on our house, because the dang loan people are idiots *sorry!*, and after we closed, my husband had to hurry back to work the next day, after having to help me move in everything and go buy everything we needed for bedding and our kitchen *my husband works offshore in the gulf*. So two days later, he was home again with a bad flu and bronchitus *sp?*, and he was off work over a week. So when he finally started feeling better, he goes back, and the next day he gets injured on the boat :-(. A rope snapped and hit him in his left hand, he was lucky because he jumped back, if not it would have injured him in his face. So his ring finger is fractured and the rest of his hand is badly bruised. So, he is off again till next Friday *luckily with pay!*. I am enjoying the time with him home. But after next friday he has to go back to work! We don't have much longer till the baby is here, and the longer he works, the more time he will be home for the baby.
As of my showers, I am having one on July 11th, and thats in Jackson, MS with all of my family! I am super excited to see everyone! My mom, mamaw, and my aunt are coming down on Wed. for a 6 day vacation to spend with me, Im excited about that too! As for my shower my MIL is supposed to do, Im not sure when she will or if she will. She was supposed to do it late this month, but I haven't herd anything. I keep telling her we need to get the show on the road, I want to have the baby room well done before she comes. With my high blood pressure and all I am not sure if she will come early or not. I am scared I won't have everything done in time! :-(
As for me, I am feeling good, I have realized that Ashlyn doesn't like green beans, every time I eat them I get so sick! :-( I have another appointment with my high risk doctor next Friday. I am excited about seeing the baby again. I was informed at my last doctors appointment with my ob, that I can't gain anymore weight, and I haven't been doing anything different. But I am at 258lbs, but you can't tell. I feel like a beached whale! I will also start going into seeing her twice a week starting at my 32 week appointment. Which is cool. I have a breastfeeding class later on this month, that Im excited about too!

Anyways sorry ladies that this was so long, Its been a while since I have posted! I miss this place sometimes, I wish I wasn't so busy!

06-17-2009, 12:21 AM
its sooo quiet! Only a couple of days till I move on to the third trimester boards... this has gone by so fast! I passed my gtt last friday thank GOD. My regular doctor is out for surgery for a couple weeks so I was seeing her husband and he seems to think that gaining 4 lbs the entire time I have been pregnant is too much lol... even though his wife said I probably should gain a little. Oh well. He told me to switch to skim milk lol um GAG. I cant even tolerate 1%. Hope everything is going well with you girls!

06-17-2009, 11:13 AM
Hi ladies. I am joining you now...time has really flown!

Quick question - is it too early for the round ligament pain? I have been having shooting pains low in my pelvis, and I just assumed that this is what it is. It doesn't seem to last very long, and there are no other side effects.

06-17-2009, 05:08 PM
Becca - I think as long as you are eating healthy it doesn't really matter how much you gain. My Dr's are all ok with my weight gain and lets just say I've gained more than 4 lbs. !!!

Twigford - WELCOME!!! I had round ligament pain starting around 12 - 14 weeks. SO I wouldn't think it is too early. I am having twins, but I didn't really start showing until week 15 or so, that is why I'm assuming that is what it was. If you are really worried about it, you can always call your nurse!

As for me, I've had both my High Risk and my OB appointments.... both babies are doing great! I'm feeling huge and uncomfortable already, but I guess it will only get "better"

I only have 5 days of teaching left, so then I can take it easy and do things on my time for the summer.

Hope everyone is doing well!!!! It really is slow around here.

06-18-2009, 01:40 AM
Mary glad things are going well! I just basically took what the doc said with a grain of salt... I also live in an area where it is EXTREMELY hot so no doubt a bit of that is water weight... combined with the fact that it was my first afternoon appt (most are in the morning and I eat a bigger lunch than I do breakfast) so I am not too worried about 4lbs. He was more concerned because of my overall weight... which I am not worrying about right now... I know I will have to work harder to get it off after the baby but I was going to have to lose that weight anyways. Just means I have pre baby weight to go with the baby weight I need to lose (which altogether is not entirely that much... I have gotten heavier in the past and been able to get down to a reasonable weight).

Welcome Twig! No it isnt too early for round lig pain. Mine started about 12 weeks and I started havin a bit of a tummy not too long after. I still get round lig pain every once in a while. Enjoy your second tri, it is a lot of fun. I am enjoying the fact that now when I wake up my tummy looks like a jiffypop lol. My little boy kicks so much that it looks like I have popcorn poppin in there or something.

06-18-2009, 10:49 AM
twig-welcome! The 2nd trimester is nice. I had round ligament pain very early on this time. It's my second pregnancy, so that might contribute to it. But it's normal to have early, even before you've gained much or before you show much.

msmary-glad you're almost done with teaching! I've been on break for almost 2 weeks and taking a nap every afternoon is becoming a nice habit! Glad the babies are doing well!

becca-I just looked on the belly pics page and saw your recent post. I can't believe the doc gave you a hard time about 4 lbs!!! I felt good about only gaining about 10 lbs in the first 20 wks. Now I've hit the point in my pregnancy that last time I gained a lot in a short period of time. And I'm following the same trend this time. I've gained 7lbs in just 2 wks. Yikes! I'm trying a brisk walk in the morning to try to rev up my metabolism.

danyel-sorry your MIL is slow on getting your shower plans going. Sounds like the one for your side of the family will be fun. I have family in Jackson, MS also. Hope your Dh is feeling better and you've been able to enjoy some time together.

At our 20 wk appointment we found out we're having another boy! We didn't have any preference but we think it will be fun for Owen to have a brother. (It's what he wanted)

06-18-2009, 11:51 AM
congrads on the little boy!
Well, I have been feeling horrible lately! Has anyone else just felt nausea for days and days at a time, and nothing would work? I have thrown up a couple of times, and TMI lots of diarrhea. Nothing seems to be working...I want to feel better:-)

06-18-2009, 03:43 PM
Hello everyone. I just started my second trimester today. It is neat. I have a random question. When did everyone start to show? My SIL was showing right away...she looked like she was 5months pregnant when she was around 3months. I still look the same I just look like I have put on a bit of weight. Maybe it is just me. Just wondering. :p

06-18-2009, 07:17 PM
I started showing at 3 months also, but looked the same untill about 2 weeks ago, and I started to get wider.

06-19-2009, 12:05 AM
I was about 3 months and had a bit of a pooch belly but not much. I would say I was about 16 weeks when it became pretty obvious to me and a few other people. By 5 months it was like WATCH OUT PREGO COMIN THROUGH lol... now people think I am due any day and I am only just barely 6 months.

06-19-2009, 08:26 AM
Hey, guys!

I'm still on bedrest from the low-lying placenta...we'll see what happens at my follow-up visit on Tuesday. Right now, I'm catching up on Sex & the City re-runs and some movies.

My question---when did everyone feel their baby first kick? What did it feel like? I've read that some people feel it at 15 weeks, and some as late as 20 weeks.

Take care, Mel

06-19-2009, 10:40 AM
I was the not so fortunate one and I felt the baby move around 19-20 weks and it was just a flutter, sometimes like gas...
Now I can feel her more.
How far are you Mel? REst as much as necessary and good luck!

06-19-2009, 03:42 PM
Hi guys, just got back from my trip to Colorado, it was beautiful, but so I am so tired. I got some bad news right before I left too. One my blood sugar was high, so I have to go in for the 3 hour glucose test next week. I have really cut down on my sugar intake, I know I may have to cut them out completely next week, not looking forward to it. I also had high blood pressure, about 138/85. That may have been stress related, I had to go to the doctor right before I left for the airport, and I was up early and stressed from the glucose test and running around the hospital because they forgot to order it and I was on a tight schedule. I go back on the 2nd for another test to see if my blood pressure is still high, and if it is I have to get some more tests done. I swelled up like a whale starting Friday, when I had all these tests done, and being in Colorado at high elevation seemed to make it worse, now that I am home the swelling has gone down a lot, but it still obviously there, I can't wear most of my shoes and my doctor told me to take my wedding ring off for the rest of my pregnancy. I have also gained more than my 30lbs at this point, I have stopped weighing myself, I know it will be hard to lose, but I am just gonna try not to stress about weight.

My little girl seems more active now, which is good. I found out I have an anterior placenta, which explains why I was mostly feeling her movements in one area, I guess where the placenta is not blocking them, though I am sometimes feeling jabs well up in my uterus now, so she must be getting much bigger and stronger.

Diet- I felt my baby for sure at about 17 weeks, but following that maybe once a week i would feel movement I was sure was the baby, for the most part I had no idea what I was feeling till about 19-20 weeks

mamartin- I was showing in the first trimester too. early on I had a lot of bloating which looked like the beginning of a belly, by 11 weeks I had a permanent bump though, very small, just big enough I couldn't button my pants without them hurting.

zy- congrats on the boy!

twig- I think I felt round ligament pain around 11-12 weeks

Becca- only 4lbs and they are concerned? I heard even women who weigh more should gain an extra 15 lbs. I guess as long as the baby is healthy it shouldn't matter though.

Danyel- have you mentioned it to your doctor? mine always ask about pain and how I am feeling. Nausea now could be something they need to look into, unless you have been having it consistently since you got pregnant.

I am feeling a lot more pain recently, my belly always seems to be sore when I wake up, and I have a lot more pain throughout my body, glad I only have a few months to go, I am swollen, I get so tired moving around, I have trouble bending over or getting up. The weirdest thing is now when I wake up my hands feel like I have arthritis or something, they are all stiff, and when I talk on the phone my hand may start to tingle from holding the phone up, and I have to switch so it doesn't fall asleep. I am hoping time will fly and soon I will be having this baby, but not before term!

06-19-2009, 03:47 PM
Take care of yourself, Mel!

Thanks to everyone for the round ligament responses. I am almost positive that is what I am having.

Zywoman - so jealous of your naps! I work full time and am taking classes to complete my MBA - I should graduate 9 days before the baby comes. This month and next month, I have class 4 nights a week. I am so tired!

06-20-2009, 07:07 PM
I felt my little one around 12 weeks, But I basically put myself on bed rest because my blood pressure was high, and every time I get up I felt like my head was about to explode, lol. It felt a little like gas, but after so many times, I knew it was her, she got alot more powerfull and kicked harder around my 19th week. But, as of recently I have just started feeling her kick near and above my belly button.

06-21-2009, 01:17 AM
yeah I dont know what the doctor was thinking about worrying about 4 lbs... and I am not EXTREMELY overweight to start. I am 5'3" and I was 163 before getting pregnant, but I am also VERY curvy (was wearing a DDD prior to pregnancy) so for me a normal weight is around 135-140. Those stupid BMI calculators do nothing for me because they dont take body shape into account. Even so my doctor (not the one that told me to slow down the weight gain... his wife lol) said I should gain around 20lbs this pregnancy. I have 3 months to go and 16 lbs of leway. I doubt I will go too far above that. Not to mention the fact that I am retaining water like a balloon and all of my appointments prior to this last one were in the morning and this last one was in the afternoon after I had eaten lunch and drank a bunch of water lol. I am not too worried though... I am still drinking my whole milk! I even ate a smore today haha.

Mel- hope your bedrest is going smoothly, to answer your q I think I was around 15 weeks when I started feeling flutters, and it was a couple weeks later that I was for sure feeling him move. It just got stronger from there and by easter other people could feel him move a little too (if they knew what they were feeling for). Now he just goes nuts and I can SEE him moving around. I can even tell what limb happens to be where most of the time, and everyone can feel him moving.

Sharon-sorry your GTT didn't go well, hopefully cutting back a little is all you need to do. Your blood pressure doesnt sound extremely high, and a bit of a rise like that can be caused by getting up too fast and rushing back to get your blood pressure taken (that has happened to me and they just said the only reason my bp was high was because I stood up too fast and basically power walked from the waiting room to the bp chair lol)

Hope all you ladies enjoy Father's day weekend... don't forget to hug that special "Daddy" in your life ;) for those of us who are FTM its the first father's day we get to thank someone for helping us create life :D

06-22-2009, 03:45 PM
I am feeling so much better this trimester than I did with the first. Although the round ligament pain had me freaking out a bit. I am better now that i know what it is. I need to get my hubby to take some pictures of my bump. I have been meaning to ask him to but i forget a lot. It seems like my bump has come up out of no where. it wasn't there before. my mom says it is going to be like that for the next couple of weeks. I am exciited I won't look like I have overate any more. YAY:p

06-23-2009, 12:45 AM
well this will be my last post on the second tri boards... how strange it is to be moving to third tri! I feel like I have so much to do and so little time to get it done. Well I hope you ladies enjoy the rest of your pregnancies... see you in the third tri/mommy boards!!!

06-23-2009, 05:53 AM
Becca - Congrats on moving to the 3rd tri boards.
I know what you mean about having too much to get done and so little time. I finish teaching on Wednesday, and then it's "Getting ready for babies time!!!" My Dr. has already said he's going to want me officially out of work at 36 weeks, since they are twins and that is considered full term with them. My DH thinks that I'm going to go early too, as I'm already looking like I'm 8 months preggers.
I feel HUGE at times, and very uncomfortable when I'm working.... but thankfully I'll be able to rest soon!

Has anyone started getting Braxton Hicks contractions??? If so, what do they feel like.
I've had a strange feeling of tightening every once in a while, and I'm not sure if I should call my nurse or if it is normal.....
any suggestions???

06-23-2009, 10:06 PM
Based on what I've read you can get them even at 20 weeks. It is a way of your uterus "practicing" As long as they are sporadic, not painful and they will go away if you walk you should be fine. I don't have Braxton Hicks, I get menstrual type cramps every so often.
I've noticed that since I am off work ( as of last Wed - yey:) I do not get them that often. On the last couple of days I had maybe two.
Drink plenty of fluids and lay on your left side to help with your circulation and stay off your feet as long as you can . You carry two babies and it is harder on your body. To put your mind at ease, call your dr as well. Better be safe than sorry.
Good luck. I hope this helped.

06-23-2009, 10:07 PM
Mary, sorry about the added letter on your first name :(

06-24-2009, 02:52 PM
Thanks for the advice. I think that is what I'm going to do. I haven't really felt them in the past two days, and I've been staying off my feet as much as possible.

As for the added letter, it's o.k.... funny enough, my middle name starts with a "t" so I didn't even notice it at first!

06-24-2009, 05:45 PM
Wow this week has gone by way too fast. I hit the end of week 14 tomorrow. I finally had DH take a pic of my belly last night. Now I have to get it off the camera and into the computer. Yeah like that will happen any time soon. :p DH was funny when he was taking my picture. He asked if i wanted him to get a picture of my bbs too since they were just as big as my belly. He is such a perve.

06-25-2009, 09:04 AM
I am excited, we are going in for our 3/4D ultrasound tonight, and will find out if it is a boy or a girl!!!!!

06-25-2009, 09:41 AM
Serendipity - how exciting! Do you have a feeling about what it is?

Ms Mary - are you glad to be out of school for the summer?

I have a weird symptom. I can't determine if it's my upper back that hurts or the area around my diaphram. I know that at this early state it can't be the baby that is crowding my diaphram, but who knows? I feel like I cannot take a deep breath and i want to try and "pop" or stretch my upper back. Has anyone experienced this at 14 weeks?

06-25-2009, 12:40 PM
twigford~ Yeah, I feel like it is a boy, but that is just because this pregnancy is completly opposite of my pregnancy with DD. About your pains, I know this may sound of the wall, but that is my EXACT symptom that I experienced when my gallbladder was bad, it had to be removed the next day!! Mabey try to eat a VERY low fat diet and see if it gets better, as fatty foods trigger gallbladder attacks!! My pain felt like I had a pinch in my back not exactly midline, but just a bit to the right of the spine, at my bra strap level, and it shot straight to the front just under my right boob...mabey bring it up to your doctor at your next visit...they may want to get an u/s of your gallbladder to see if there is stones or sludge. Oh, and for my case, I woke up one morning with this pain, took tylenol, and still couldnt get comfy, so went to the ER (I worked there at that point) just because it was a holiday and my reegular doc wasn't in and I needed something a bit stronger than tylenol for the pain, and they knew right away what it was, I got admitted, and then surgery first ting in the AM. This was all 3 weeks before my wedding, and we had just bought our home, and we were installing hardwood floors and sleeping on air mattresses until we got my bed moved from my parents house after the wedding, so I just thought I slept funny or pulled a muscle in my back with all the work..... WOW, that got long, hope I didnt scare you!!

06-25-2009, 02:34 PM
WOW! Thanks, Serendipity. I have an appointment on July 1st (next Weds) and will mention this to her. It is very uncomfortable, and I feel like I slept wrong or am tired.

06-26-2009, 09:16 AM
Had our u/s!!! Its a....GIRL!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are so excited, and cant wait to meet our next princess!!!

I am still shocked because I had totally convinced myself that it was going to be a boy!

06-26-2009, 10:16 AM
CONGRATS Serendipity!! That is wonderful! It really was a surprise after all!

06-29-2009, 03:01 PM
We had another appointment today. Finally got to hear the heartbeat. Evrything looks good. They are keeping my oringinal due date since I am so positive of the first day of my last period. Our estimated due date is December 18 so we are a week ahead of what they were saying before. Our next ultrasound is August 3, so we will have a better estimated due date soon. We also get to find out if it is a boy or girl then too. I am getting too excited.

Hi, guys!

Haven't posted in a while, but I've been reading each day. Am still "taking it easy" per doc's orders, and still have the bleeding every day, but it's much less and much darker than it was two weeks ago. Hopefully it will go away soon. Our next appt. is July 10th, and we find out the gender and have the anatomy scan on that day. I'm really excited about it!!

Sounds like everyone else is hanging in there, doing really well. Have you guys felt the baby kick today? I felt bubbles today for the first time...it felt like gas bubbles, but no pain. I wonder if that was it? It was super cool...

Take care, Mel

I'm feeling the babies every day now... and yes, what you said you feel definitely sounds like it could be the baby moving around. I occasionally still get that feeling, but have moved on to full blown kicks, punches, etc...

It is a great feeling!!! Congrats on the upcoming u/s ... hope everything goes well!
