Does anyone have any tips on how to cfope with PCOS and how to deal with those horrid monthly periods???

Can't say much about PCOS...I'm not on any meds yet...but i've realised that it is to blame for several things wrogn with me...esp my heavy periods. As for dealing with them...just wait it out...or get pissed and wonder 'WHY ME?!?!' To sum it up...it sucks...esp the periods bit...i hate mine...but it happens. You just somehow get through it
