met and bcp?

Can you take met and bcp at the same time? I've been off met since my 1st tri and am now wanting to go back on, but I want to continue taking my bcp. I have an appt with obgyn next month, but thought I'd ask for your experiences first! Thanks!

i dont have any experieces but i cant see why it wouldnt work!

I've been on met and Nuvaring at the same time. I've been on both for over a year. I haven't had any problems. I don't know if the type of BC makes a difference but my doctor didn't have a problem with me being on both.
