I Loved The One From Women To Women But Being I Have To Stop It, Any Recommendations? I Use To Use Women's One A Day. It Was Pretty Good. Any Other Suggestions?

I'm taking the Women's One A Day Prenatal. This one is great as it also has a separate fish oil to take.

In general, look for multi's that are in capsule form, and where you usually take more than one/day. Also look for the minerals to be "chelated" - that's helps it be absorbed better.

Other than that, make sure it doesn't have added colours or flavours (we don't need them), and see if they have a good level of the "B" vitamins - oh, and if you can, make sure it has Vit. D3 (not just "D") - that's a better form that's used easier than the others.

The brand I use is Multi-Sure for women, made by Webber Naturals in Canada. www.webbernaturals.com

I find it's a good quality for mid-range price. It's only $13 for a 2-month supply, which I stretch out to a 4-month supply as it's potent enough that I can get away with only taking 1 capsule/day. Most of the "cheap" multi's are about $7 - 9 for a 1-month supply, and they don't have nearly the same stuff in them.

This was also "OK'd" by my naturopath. She prefers another brand that has a bit more of the B vitamins, but said this one was fine, too.

HTH! :)
