MET is awsome!!

Hey all!

I just wanted to tell everyone how happy I am that I am on MET! I started on June 1st, and in 2 short months, so much has happened!

I went from having AF cycles of 36-45 days to 31-33 days! And according to BBT temping I find that I am finally Oing. :p I still have facial hair, but it doesn't grow as fast, and my acne has all but gone away!! Oh, and I've lost 15lbs! My DH and I are TTC still, but with his job (truck driver), we know that us "getting together" on the important days will take a bit of planning on our part. But its well worth it! :D

Just thought I would share my happy news! :D

That's wonderful! I loved being on Met too, but I had to use BCP to induce periods and kept getting low blood sugar, so I hope I can go back on soon! Good luck!

I just started on MET a few weeks ago, have titrated up to 1000mg a day now and feel so much better. I keep waiting for the side effects to hit, but so far, I feel great. I hope to be up to 2000mg in the next couple weeks if all goes well. Its crazy but I guess I didn't realize how bad i felt and how terrible my cravings for food were before I started the MET. I don't get ravenously hungry between meals anymore. Its really been a lifesaver in more ways than one for me! I've lost a few pounds and can't wait to keep dropping more!
