Unsuccessful w Met?

I've never had a period without bcp. I was on Met twice for a year or so each and never had my cycles start on their own. I don't think I am insulin resistant. I got pregnant on injectables after no ovulation w clomid...was taking met at the time. Went off of Met at 12 weeks pregnant and never had gestational diabetes.

Just wondering if other people have not had success w Met? Seems like many do and frustrated that none of my symptoms improved with it.
