I took clomid three years ago and got pregnant. I have an energetic two year old. It didn't work the first few months. The doc checked my tubes, and I think I had a blockage along with a tilted uterus. After that, I got pregnant.

I just started Clomid only also for the same reason. I finished my first round 2 days ago with a few side effects.. I was taking 50 mg. once a day for 5 days. My DH and I have been trying on our own since last Nov. with no success. DH has been tested and has a healthy sperm count. I get to start ovulation testing tommorrow so with any luck I will ovulate. We are on vacation and have lots of time in the next week to do the BD!!! Happy 4th of July Hope you have lots of fireworks!!!! And good luck to you !:D

We're pretty much on the same timeline as you are, so good luck to you as well!
I've just started the first round of Clomid, 50mg, yesterday. My Dr. told me to take it at bedtime, so that the dizzyness doesn't affect me as much, which I did, and even though I felt it a bit, it wasn't too bad. DH's tests also came back with healthy levels.
I'm also doing acupuncture, which was suggested to me as something to also help with ovulation.
Hope you have a great vacation. Best of luck to you!

I took Clomid only for 5 months and now have a wonderful 2 year old. I actually got pregnant the month after I stopped taking it. It has a carry over effect. So don't give up after only a couple months, it may take a few months for your body to utilize it.

Good luck
