Does anyone have any info about the best time to take metformin? I currently take my 3 doses of 1500XR at once before bed, and I definitely don't want to break that up throughout the day, but I'm wondering if it seems to more effective if taken in the am compared to pm, after meals or before meals, after exercise or before exercise. Thanks for any replies! Happy day everybody :D
