Going onto 4th cycle of Clomid... Im losing Faith..

I dont know whats going, I have been doing Met for 6 months almost, started clomid 4 months ago. I did 3 months of 50mg & now i will be starting my 100MG as we speak in a couple days. Dr said if no BFP by the end of these 3 months then "we'll talk". Im wondering should i bring up the Femara? Is it expensive? B/c Im a cash patient as maybe most of us are? Another thing... I decided to change up my routine & take the clomid at night, instead of the morning- & b/c Im going to be taking 2 50mg, is it ok to take both at the same time??? HELPPPP.... Im on the fertility monitor as well & it shows i'm Oing every month, but idk if me & hubby are doing the SD on time or what? I feel like maybe im not getting it on time... dont get me wrong from the day the monitor says im "HIGH" we have the SD about 4-5 times during that week to 10 days. I feel like im losing faith :( Anyone have any good stories to tell? My other issue is weight... I was always about 130-135lbs & i gained this enormous weight out of no where over the past 6yrs. I past the 200 mark about 5 months ago & just a month ago brought it down, but it seems like nothin i do will allow me to lose the weight! Everyone is different, but the stats show soooo much positive, sometimes i wonder if its for me to get preggy at all. who knows?! Any help would kinda help :) thanks

I can't answer all of your questions, but based on my experience I can answer some of them. I'm on 100mg of Clomid right now, and my Dr. has me taking both pills at the same time. I take them at night to ward off some of the side effects. I was on Femara before the Clomid, and with my insurance, it cost the same as the Clomid. I had worse side effects on Femara than I did on Clomid, but some of the girls on here were the opposite with worse side effects on Clomid. HTH!

See funny thing with me... i didnt get any side effects on the clomid, excpet the 1st cycle- i felt like i was pregnant- moody, down, not in the mood for anything, fatigue- but that was ONLY cycle one. the ONLY side effect i have is the MET- it takes me to the bathroom, when i first started it was bad, but after 6 months on it- of course im immune to the meds. so i get the side affect only if i take like one dose one day & then the next take the 1500 im suppose to take. other than that im ok. my AF was a lil off the 1st month of clomid- approx 22 days, then last month 26 days & this month 27- so im back normal- who knows!! I think this month imma BD a lil earlier & keep it going a lil later! :) Lets see... the only other thing is Im O'ing so I need to see what my other option is. Thanks for the heads up.

Don't give up hope. I got pregnant the month after I stopped Clomid and had an appointment for IUI.
